Company Quality Accreditation’s
In 1993 the ICIM (Institute of Industrial Certification for Mechanical Engineering) certified the ICI CALDAIE S.p.A. Quality System according to Italian, European and international standards UNI EN 29002 (IS0 9002); in June 2002, BVQI (Bureau Veritas Quality Insurance) awarded ICI CALDAIE S.p.A the ISO 9001/94 certification and in April 2004, the ISO 9001/00 certification.
The Certification of the Quality System is the acknowledgement of the efforts made and signals to the market the the methods used by ICI CALDAIE S.p.A. to ensure quality are compliant with international standards.

THREE PASS REVERSE FLAME WET BACK
The Rex F Boiler is a three pass reverse flame horizontal fire tube boiler suitable for use on gaseous fuels. Thanks to the Fin-e system, the REX F boiler efficiently is rated at 3 star according to the 92/42/CEE, directive on efficiency, i,e. the maximum efficiency that can be achieved with a traditional boiler.

CONDENSING INDUSTRIAL BOILERS
MODULAR CONDENSING BOILER OUTSIDE INSTALLATION – PREMIX BURNER
The WALL series are hot water condensing boilers especially designed for modular use. Each module consists of 125 or 150 kW boiler with single pass combustion chamber and condensing section underneath, both constructed from AISI 316 anti-acid stainless steel. Combustion of each module is provided by a total premix burner. Up to 4 modules can be joined together for a maximum output of 600 kW.

MONOLITE JB: Suitable for Pressure Jet Burners
CONDENSING BOILER
The MONOLITE JB has a very high efficiency (max.109%) which places it on the peak of the classification according to the European standards (Output Directive 92/*42/EEC). The AISI 316 Ti furnace and vertical flues are capable of resisting attacks from acidic condensation.

CODEX: Stainless Steel AISI 316 Ti 3 Pass Boiler
CONDENSING BOILER
3 pass condensing steel boiler with single pass combustion chamber and with low heat load, suitable for pressure jet burners.
Combustion chamber and condensing section underneath both constructed in titanium stainless steel AISI 316 Ti.
The Codex has a very high efficiency (max 109%) for the particular shape of gas plates which allow to obtain high exchange surfaces and turbulence of gases.
