New CIBSE accredited CPD launched on award winning BESA Academy Portal

BSRIA’s new BG29/2021 6th Edition now recognises that our fellow Northern European neighbours, who share similar heating and cooling system needs, adopt alternate methods of corrosion control. The Association of German Engineers VDI2035 is the most recognised guideline but by no means the only one. This short course highlights the basic principles of VDI 2035 and shows concisely how this approach can be adopted in most systems.

CIBSE Heat Networks: Code of Practice in the UK (CP1) 2020 in table 17 validates such guidelines and CIBSE AM17: Heat pumps for large non-domestic buildings 2022 just launched follows CP1 best practice.

This CIBSE approved course focuses on the importance of system hydraulics and the application of real-time, condition-based corrosion monitoring that will safeguard users and service providers from unforeseen events that can lead to increased corrosion levels.

This is a short online course and can be completed in less than 60 minutes.

Knowledge check questions will be asked at the end of the course. Once you have completed the course, you can download a CPD certificate.
