HASL are pleased to announce that Ruskin Air Management has become one of the first manufactures in the ventilation industry to offer third party verification of its products via BSRIA Cert.
The group has gained certification of three of its Naco brand weather louvres, which assures customers that these products are manufactured consistently to a design which has been independently performance tested. The scheme is part of BSRIA Cert’s Certification programme which aims to add transparency to product selection and make it easier to specify products which are ‘fit for purpose’.
To qualify for the scheme, louvre samples must be independently type tested to EN 13030 and production monitored through regular factory inspection. Members of the scheme may use the BSRIA Cert to mark to highlight their products certified status to customers.
David Fitzpatrick, Sales Director of Ruskin Air Management, said
“Ruskin always seeks to adopt best practice and this extends to providing customers with the highest level of product assurance. The BSRIA Cert mark demonstrates this commitment to quality and Ruskin is proud to be among the first manufacturers to offer this in the marketplace.”
Naco is a brand of the Ruskin Air Management group and has been manufacturing, designing and installing louvres since the 1960’s when it began designing glass louvres before moving into standard and high performance metal louvres, sunscreens, brise soleil and natural ventilation equipment. Naco now also provide double-glazed systems, which have been adopted in many UK schools and hospitals as part of refurbishment projects.
