Business Continuity in response to Covid-19 updated 24th August.
In the light of the rapidly worsening and changing circumstances of Covid-19 in UK & Ireland, I’d like to take this opportunity to keep you updated on the measures HASL is taking to ensure the safety of our people, clients and the delivery of our service. Thankfully, so far none of our staff or clients have contracted the virus nor have they reported symptoms, and we will do everything we can to prevent this from happening.
We are well-prepared with robust measures in place to maintain our service delivery, while remaining flexible enough to adapt as the circumstances change. Our robust IT infrastructure and Agile Working Programme securely facilitate our people working remotely. All our staff members will continue to be contactable and client meetings will continue if diarised now yet can be conducted virtually, rather than in-person where possible. Regardless of the means of engagement, we remain fully available to you as usual on our mobile numbers. Clearly the office was closed but opened with new operational hours on 1st July and we shall remain 9am to 4pm 5 days a week.
From 20th April a number of staff had accepted the Governments Furlough facility and they will not be able to accept calls or transact business during this initial 3 week period. This has been extended and will be reviewed on a weekly basis. All emails are monitored and will be effected as quickly as possible during this unprecedented period however all started to filter back on the 1st July and we’re monitoring process continually.
