Pressurisation

GMS manufacture a range of pressurisation equipment for heating & chilled systems. "Sealed" systems steadily lose small amounts of water via leaks, maintenance operations, vapour from glands etc. We can supply pressurisation units which continuously and automatically monitors system pressure and tops it up as required. The unit provides low and high pressure volt free switching for boiler or chiller safeguarding. Our sales office will be pleased to help with selection of pressurisation units and associated equipment.
GMS also manufacture a range of water booster sets for potable water, with a duty of up to 50 litres/second. All our booster sets are specially designed and built to each individual specification so we can accomodate most requirements, such as inverter controlled booster sets or any special material requirements.

• Peakline N Fill Sets - For small heating systems and limited control
• Peakline C Pressurisation units - For small to medium systems with a low/medium water content with all required control equipment
• Orion Spill Systems - For larger heating systems with a large water content where it is uneconomical to fit a large amount of expansion vessels (Temperature restrictions apply).
• Nitrex Spill Systems - For large, high temperature heating systems
• Peakline WB Booster Sets - Booster sets for potable water systems.

GMS also supply a range of expansion vessels:

• 'Excell' Expansion vessels for chilled & heating water systems - 2 to 1000 litre capacity
• 'GLV/GLH' Expansion vessels for domestic hot water systems - 24 to 2000 litre capacity
