Our architectural range of single glazed louvres is well established in many parts of the world and applications include high tech buildings, hospitals, universities, domestic dwellings and sheltered accommodation.
Weatherbeta is an elegant quality engineered product which combines a strong aluminium frame system with ventilating blade holders produced from precision injection moulded polypropylene material.
Available in RAL polyester colours, natural anodised and bronze anodised, Weatherbeta retains its market lead in single glazed louvre design and is commonly fitted within a wide variety of building structures and window / glazing systems.
Insect screens are available and are normally fitted externally with simple clip fixings.
The bladeholders incorporate continuos fins which interlock and seal to the full height of the glass and provide an effective wiping action seal on the jambs. Ventilating blades are operated by an overcentre locking handle which ensures that when closed glass to glass seal is maintained.
Operation can be by hand / pole or with electric motors, failsafe actuators or by our AOW (automatically opening window) system.
