PX is an instant steam generator. Its safety and longlasting features make the PX generator the ideal steam producer for cleaning and ironing centres and satisfies all small and medium requests supply and steam dryness avoiding thermal plant overloads. Owing to its limited water content, it has a quick start-up and provides high working efficiency even in intermittent operating conditions. |
| The PX steam generator consists of a furnace with vertical downward fire passage all encircled by a water and steam casing with a special gas conveying pathway (AISI 310S stainless steel). As the PX model is not a coil generator, it is not affected by the typical problem caused by this type of generator (daily de-scaling and frequent coil replacement). |  |

This package generator can be combined with liquid and gaseous fuel 2 stages burners. Owing to its limited water content, it has a quick start-up and provides high working efficiency even in intermittent operating conditions. |
| The diagram shows the power cables (U0, V0, W0, N, TERRA) and the probes from pressure switch I (terminal 12, 13) and eventually II (terminal 15, 16) must reach the burner. |  |

Steam generators are equipped with reflection glass indicators with n.2 cocks and n.2 cocks directly connetted to water and to steam. Reflection glass indicator communicates with the generator through two cut-off cocks; a third bleed valve is mounted at the lower end of the indicator itself. The automatic level regulator is an electrical conduction type with electronic relays located in the electrical control panel. Function covers water pump star-stop and low level safety systems. |
