Ceiling Diffusers | Fixed Circular Diffusers | The DR160 range of circular diffusers are constructed from pressed and welded steel components, resulting in a high-performance, robust cost effective terminal device.
The diffuser can be supplied with perimeter screwholes for surface mounting or with a central screw and duct mounting bracket. A matched side entry plenum is available and the diffuser can also be supplied within a 594mm square tile replacement plate.
There is a choice of 'butterfly' or radial opposed blade dampers designed for installation with the DR160 product range |  | Adjustable Circular Diffusers |  | Adjustable circular diffusers with 5 position click stop removable core to provide adjustment between heating and cooling applications are available manufactured from steel or aluminium.
The uniquely designed DT003 radial opposed blade damper is available as an accessory. Damper adjustment with screwdriver is possible through a hole in the diffuser core, without altering core setting.
A matched side entry plenum is available and the diffuser can also be supplied within a 594mm square tile replacement plate. | Louvre Faced Diffusers | | Rectangular multi-direction louvre faced diffusers are available manufactured from aluminium or steel. Optional accessories include dampers, flow equalisers, direction blanking baffles, top or side entry plenums.
The removable cores for 1, 2, 3 or 4 direction diffusers are interchangeable and smaller sizes can be supplied within a 594mm square tile replacement plate.
Cost effective fixed core versions of the 4-way diffusers are also available for central screw fixing to duct mounting bracket. An integral lever-operated opposed blade damper can be supplied with the fixed core versions. |  | Perforated Faced Diffusers |  | The GRADA DA360 square perforated face diffuser is manufactured in steel and incorporates four adjustable direction plates for a range of possible air supply patterns. Damper and pattern adjustment can be easily achieved from below, even when installed within a ceiling grid, due to the hinge-down perforated front panel.
The DA360 has a deserved reputation for its ability to deliver a high volume, low draught , whilst making very little noise about it !
The DA370 version is available as a matching extract diffuser, without adjustable direction baffles. This version could easily be adapted to accept filter media where necessary, or used for general extract where an alternative to eggcrate is required.
Both diffusers can be supplied with matched plenum and damper whilst smaller sizes can be fitted within a 594mm square tile replacement plate. | Architectural Diffusers | | With a crisp, smooth face the architectural series of diffusers are designed to distribute air effectively, whilst complementing the aesthetics of the surroundings. Surface mounted circular (CC600 is shown) and square versions are available, whilst a version designed for lay-in to modular suspended ceilings is available in square format only. The diffusers feature an adjustable centre plate with 5 click-stop positions allowing for adjustment between heating and cooling applications. An optional internal telescopic damper is available and the CS500 square diffuser can be supplied within a 594mm square tile replacement plate. |  |
