Secomak Gas Booster application gives you the tools to be able to size a Gas Booster while out on the road or on site

So If your gas system requires the gas pressure to be increased using a Gas Booster then there are two questions that need addressing:

1.  What is the volume of gas per unit time? (measured as cubic meters per hour)
2.  What is the uplift in pressure required? (measured in millibar)

The uplift is the additional pressure you require above the pressure that the gas arrives at. Normally natural gas is transported into a building at 20 milibar. If a burner requires 70 milibar to operate effectively then you will need the Gas Booster to provide 50 milibar of additional pressure lift. Usually this information is available from the burner manufacturer's literature. Knowing the volume and the pressure uplift required you can now select the gas booster required using our Gas Booster Selector.
