Smoke Vents & Hinged Openers

Hinged opening rooflights which can be engineered for ventilation, access and/or smoke ventilation.

Manufactured in a standard range of sizes or to clients choice of size to suit new or exisitng roof requirements.

Hinged openers: Operation

• By worm gear for ventilation occasional roof access.
• By gas arms or access arms for regular roof access.
• by electric actuators for ventilation and roof access as required.

Smoke Vents: Operation

• By 24 volt electric actuators coupled in to the alarm system.
• By gas arms released by an electro magnetic switch coupled into the smoke alarm.
