Credit Account Application Form. The completed form shall be issued to an independent credit scoring organisation who shall review your finanacial records and deliver an appropriate credit rating which HASL shall apply to your trading account. Failure to comply with our standard mutually agreed trading terms shall result in termination of your credit account.
